Polyethylene (PE)

Primex extrudes a number of High Density (HDPE), Low Density (LDPE), and High Molecular Weight (HMWPE) polyethylene resins. When an order is received, the appropriate material is chosen to yield the necessary physical properties such as melt index and density. The result is a sheet that has the proper "sag" during the thermoforming operation, assuring even material distribution and wall thickness. The correct resin selection is essential to provide sheet that will perform properly.

Primex also produces a line of printable grades of polyethylene for use in real estate signs and truck mud flaps. In addition, polyethylene can be modified with talc or calcium carbonate fillers to provide increased dimensional stability and improved lay-flat characteristics.

Prime Camo-Cor Swirl

Primex has taken the "swirl" technology we have developed for solid sheet and applied to COR-X. Primex proudly presents Prime Camo-Cor, a camouflage corrugated plastic.

Camo-Cor

Camo-Cor is available in 2MM, 3MM, 4MM, and 5MM Polypropylene sheet in widths up to 64". It can be made in any combination of up to 3 colors. The pattern is random and cannot be duplicated from sheet to sheet. Only the colors can be controlled.

Target markets include military applications, deer blinds, duck blinds, etc.

Prime HMWPE 1000 Swirl

Introduces a new swirl patterned HMWPE product that can be color coordinated to meet our customer’s requirements. The thickness of the HMWPE available ranges from .100 to .350 inches thick and in widths up to 90 inches. The swirl pattern can be designed to fit a variety of uses that would be product specific for each customer’s needs. Please contact your appropriate sales associate for additional info.
