I Need a Custom Size product. Does Primex Offer Other Custom Sizes for Large Orders?

Are Primex Plastic Products Water or Heat Proof?
Our corrugated plastic products are water, moisture, and heat resistant – perfect for indoor or outdoor applications!
Are Primex’s Corrugated Plastic Products Recyclable?
Yes! Primex is committed to sustainability, and we divert more than 200 million pounds of plastic from the waste stream to reclamation programs each year.
We produce all of the plastic products on this site using polypropylene because it is accepted at most recycling facilities and is much stronger and more durable than other box materials like cardboard.
Check with your local municipality to confirm its recycling capabilities.
Does Primex Offer Discounts for Bulk Orders?
In most cases, the more you buy, the more you save. Contact us for special large-order pricing on your plastic storage boxes.
How Soon After Ordering Will I Get My Product?
Once we receive your order, your products will be shipped via UPS within two to five business days. When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
If your product requires printing, you will receive an art proof within two business days. Your order will ship 5-7 business days after the approval of your art proof.
How Are Products Shipped?
Most of our products are shipped flat. Some assembly is required, but no glue, adhesive, or tools are needed. We are currently only shipping within the United States.
What Makes the Printing on Primex’s Custom Products So High-Quality?
With Primex, you’ll always get crisp, vibrant, high-resolution art, regardless of your display size. We do four-color printing using UV-ink that can be used in outdoor applications without fading.

What Is the Proofing Process? After I Upload My Artwork, How Soon Can I Expect to Receive My Proof?
Once we receive your artwork, you will receive a proof via email within two business days. All printing is CMYK. Color matching is only guaranteed if specific color values are provided.
What if my artwork is too large to upload to your website?
If your artwork file is too large to upload via our website, you can upload it to WeTransfer and email it to [email protected]. Be sure to reference your order number in the email!
