We strive for 100% satisfaction in all that we do. Custom, printed products are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. We can produce custom products to your specifications and offer samples prior to large purchases in order to verify that the product will meet your needs. For more information on samples and custom products not listed on our ecommerce site, please email [email protected].

For in-stock products, items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in like-new condition and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. Original order shipping costs will not be refunded, only the price of the product purchased.
