As the most advanced technology, our 5 axis WaterJet cutter opens up 3-dimensional cutting abilities at 0 – 90 degree angles while holding tight tolerances of up to +/- .02”, depending upon the material being cut. It creates significant time savings and improved efficiencies by eliminating secondary operations. Water Jet Cutting of various packaging materials are perfect solutions to enhance Class A surface protection or cushioning, whether fabricated with steel transport racks or used as a custom interior dunnage within a shipping container.
