Features
Prime ReCycle Materials are available in a variety of polymers, including Polystyrene, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and many more. It is produced with materials principally from two durable good waste streams; materials that are sourced through recycling efforts of both internal manufacturing processes and external customers’ processes.

Prime CO-ReCycle™ (Co-extruded)
- Virgin portion has lot traceability therefore can be used in some FDA or medical applications.
- Can be used in printing, lamination, or gluing processes.
- Consistent color, opacity, and surface characteristics from run to run.
- Variance in Impact levels may be affected due to % of ReCycled
- Forming applications could have variances in wall color/opacity or thickness.
Prime ReCycle Plus™
- No lot traceability therefore cannot be used in some FDA or medical applications.
- Can be used in printing, lamination, or gluing processes, however, must be qualified.
- Consistent color, opacity, and surface characteristics within the run but not from run to run.
- Product will be the minimum opacity ordered however may be darker due to the raw materials used.
- Availability is dependent on the availability of raw materials.
- Not available in all polymers however options may be provided in the future.

Prime ReCycle™ PCR Polystyrene
Our Prime ReCycle PCR PS is a high-impact polystyrene manufactured using prime virgin resin and 25% Post-Consumer Recycled materials to create printable and thermoformable sheets and rolls.
Our Prime ReCycle PCR Cor-X PP is a manufactured corrugated polypropylene sheet with 15% or 30% Post-Consumer Recycled content.
Our Prime ReCycle PCR HDPE is manufactured using prime virgin resin with 25% of Post Consumer Recycled content.
Our Prime ReCycle PCR PET is manufactured using prime virgin resin with various percentages of post-consumer recycled content (20%, 50%, or 100%).
Prime ReCycle™ PCR Polypropylene
Our Prime ReCycle PCR Polypropylene is manufactured using prime virgin resin with 25% Post-Consumer Recycled content.
Our Absolve is enhanced with advanced technology that facilitates degradation* in a microorganism-enriched environment.
