How We Recycle
At our facility, plastics are collected, sorted, cleaned, and reprocessed into high-quality recycled resin that can be used again in manufacturing. This resin feeds back into our own production lines to supply customers looking for sustainable material options without compromising performance.
Our recycling process involves several key steps:
Collection & Sorting: We gather scrap material from internal operations and customer take-back programs.
Shredding & Washing: Plastics are cleaned and reduced to uniform pieces to ensure purity and consistency.
Pelletizing: The material is melted, filtered, and extruded into recycled pellets ready for reuse.
