The consolidation of our Woodruff and O’Neil divisions into our Primex “One Company” concept earlier this year is just one of many ways we continue to improve vertical integration, leverage our resources and improve solutions.

With the renaming of Woodruff and O’Neil to Primex Design & Fabrication and Primex Color, Compounding & Additives, respectively, we not only rebranded, we are defining ourselves as a single point of entry for your important projects and promoting our ability to deliver total solutions, from early-stage development assistance to material formulation to recycling.

But it’s more than one-stop shopping. It’s involvement at every stage of production, ensuring Primex’s assets are fully employed to identify your challenges and offer the best solutions. We will now be able to leverage all Primex resources, including technical development, nationwide warehousing and distribution, quality control and a single point of contact for the entire process.

While other companies see only financial ups and downs, we see opportunities to invest in our technologies, facilities and people with the singular goal of enhancing our ability to deliver quality, value and service to our customers. It is, after all, the sole reason for our 50 years of success.
